Yesterday night, after 23 years Malpaso Pub closed the doors for last time.
For this special occasion, two friends, the rock singer Miguel Oñate and the guitarist Javier Bermejo improvised some songs in honor of Eugenio and Paloma (Malpaso owners) and for the rest of  friends who had come to the party.
Not one of the people who were in the room was unknown for me.
Twenty-three years is a long time and it was hard to know we will never meet in the Malpaso´s evening to chat and drink some beers while listening good rock and roll.
Of course there are more pubs, of course life goes on, but the environment and people of Malpaso will always remain in our memories.
I dont want end without wishing the best of luck in the world to Eugenio and Paloma. Both, with his dayly job, did more bearable and easy our lives.

Los Retratos del Malpaso. Miguel Oñate. (Noche de lágrimas. Malpaso, la última fiesta).
Ayer por la noche, después de 23 años el Pub Malpaso cerró sus puertas por última vez.
Para esta ocasión especial, dos amigos, el cantante de rock Miguel Oñate y el guitarrista Javier Bermejo improvisaron algunas canciones en honor de Eugenio y Paloma (propietarios Malpaso) y para el resto de los amigos que habíamos ido a la fiesta.
Ninguna de las personas que estaban en la habitación era un desconocido para mí.
Veintitres años es mucho tiempo y era difícil saber que nunca volveremos a encontrarnos en la noche de Malpaso para charlar y beber unas cervezas mientras se escucha buen rock and roll.
Por supuesto que hay más bares, por supuesto, la vida sigue, pero el ambiente y la gente de Malpaso siempre permanecerá en nuestros recuerdos.
No quiero finalizar sin desear toda la suerte del mundo para Eugenio y Paloma. Ambos, con su trabajo diario, hicieron más llevadera y fácil nuestra vida.

PD: Tengo más retratos de la serie “Los retratos Malpaso”. Los iré compartiendo poco a poco en los próximos meses. El espíritu del Malpaso, vivirá para siempre en mi corazón. Hasta pronto amigos.
