Some nights I go out for a walk … / Algunas noches salgo a dar una vuelta …
Is a crisis time and there are few people … / Es tiempo de crisis, hay poca gente …

The bars are empty … /
Los bares están vacios …
only the lonely drinkers … / sólo los bebedores solitarios …
like me … / como yo …
drinking and smoking … / bebiendo y fumando …
before hit the streets again … / antes de salir a la calle de nuevo …
no trafic … / sin tráfico …
only the dummies in the windows empty … / sólo los maniquies en los escaparates vacios …
and shadows passing quickly by the other side of the street, like ghosts. Where been the times of parties and happines? / y sombras que pasan rápidamente. por el otro lado de la calle, como fantasmas. ¿Donde estarán los tiempos de fiesta y felicidad?

Genial esta serie !! La estética es una maravilla, tanto el ByN como el movimiento. Y la sensación de soledad es perfecta. Me gusta la pregunta final de la historia ¿donde estarán los tiempos de fiesta y felicidad? parece un verso de Brecht. Enhorabuena !!

Buena serie. El gran Bukowski la habría suscrito. Madrid es ya una ciudad muerta y fantasmal, de la que sólo quedan las brumas apagadas del esplendor del pasado. Tengo mis dudas de que las noches de esta ciudad puedan volver a ser alguna vez lo que fueron antaño.

HG, these are really sadly beautiful.
It strikes me that in the photograph with the girl cycling “no traffic”, the street lights look like a pair of glowing skulls. Amazing.
