The Buen Retiro Park is a large and popular 1.4 km2 (350 acres) park at the edge of the city center, very close to the Puerta de Alcalá and not far from the Prado Museum. A magnificent park, filled with beautiful sculpture and monuments, galleries, a peaceful lake and host to a variety of events, it is one of Madrid’s premier attractions. The park is entirely surrounded by the present-day city. (Wikipedia dixit)

El Parque del Buen Retiro es un parque popular y grande de 1,4 km2 (350 hectáreas) en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca de la Puerta de Alcalá y no muy lejos del Museo del Prado. Un magnífico parque, lleno de hermosas esculturas y monumentos, galerías, un lago tranquilo y alberga una gran variedad de eventos, es una de las principales atracciones de Madrid. El parque está rodeado en su totalidad por la ciudad hoy en día. (Wikipedia dixit)
